what are these 3 58mm Bower filters (UV Haze, Polarizer, and Neutral Density) and how much do they usually cost?
What it a 3rd party battery and how much does that usually cost?

Bower filters are cheap filter kits that sellers of gray market cameras use as an incentive for you to buy their cameras.
Most amateur shooters only need UV filters to protect the front element of their lens(s).
Later after you have developed some skills, the polarizing filter becomes an asset if you shoot landscapes or shoot in situations where you do not want reflections in ponds, windows and other reflective things. ND filters are only used by advanced amateur photographers to slow the shutter speeds in overly bright scenes.
A decent filter will cost about $40 each ... the best filters are BW, Hoya and Tiffen.
1) it may void your cameras warranty
2) they can over heat while charging and can cause a fire or explosion.
3) Only buy from reputable camera stores like Adormama, Amazon, B&H Photo, Calumet, Ritz and other well known camera stores.
